Every 100 grams of product is made with a record 266 grams of sweet tomatoes, giving the ketchup an intense, tomato-flavored character and a thick consistency.
This product contains only 46 kcal per 100 grams and no added sugar. We don’t use any preservatives, starches, or other thickeners. The spiciness comes solely from carefully selected spices.
In this recipe, we use aromatic tomatoes from the Iberian Peninsula, which we combine with Himalayan salt and delicate apple cider vinegar. This combination maintains a balance between the tomatoes’ natural sweetness and a distinct, spicy note.
