Certificates
Firma Roleski has been the pioneer in the field of production process certification and was one of the first in its trade to have obtained (in 2000) the HACCP certificate according to Codex Alimentarius and Council Directive 93/43/EEC, issued by the German Certification Unit TŰV. What is more, since 2004 we have had the IFS certificate which confirms we meet requirements of the international food safety standard prepared for all foodstuff manufacturers.
In 2004 we also introduced the British standard BRC. IFS and BRC certification has proven that Firma Roleski meets the stringent requirements regarding quality and product safety set by clients from Western Europe. This allowed us to engage in cooperation with international retail chains. Another important step in Firma Roleski history was certification for AQAP 2110, i.e. quality assurance systems for goods and services provided for armies of NATO countries.
